Securing homes off the plans can be daunting, not with us!
Engage with one of the friendly Queenwood Property team members to schedule your informal catch-up. This is to discuss your lifestyle goals so we can confidently select the right home for you in our development.

Upon selecting the most suitable home for your lifestyle, we then present you with a Sales and Purchase Agreement with all the finer details for your signing - we will walk you through this entire process.

Once the agreement is signed by all parties, you as the purchaser have 10 working days to undertake all due diligence and secure the necessary finance. During this timeframe, we will be available 24/7 to answer any questions from yourself and/or your advisors (such as your lawyer etc). If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied, you can cancel the agreement with no questions asked.

If at the end of the 10 working days you are satisfied, the Agreement shall be confirmed and the 10% deposit payable.

Once your new home is complete, we will present this beautiful home to you for takeover (having the remainder of the purchase price payable before settlement).
