Upon selecting the most suitable home for your lifestyle, we then present you with a Sales and Purchase Agreement with all the finer details for your signing - we will walk you through this entire process.

Our projects are designed to stand the test of time - delivering enduring value for investors, home owners, and communities alike.

Once the agreement is signed by all parties, you as the purchaser have 10 working days to undertake all due diligence and secure the necessary finance. During this timeframe, we will be available 24/7 to answer any questions from yourself and/or your advisors (such as your lawyer etc). If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied, you can cancel the agreement with no questions asked.

Once the agreement is signed by all parties, you as the purchaser have 10 working days to undertake all due diligence and secure the necessary finance.

If at the end of the 10 working days you are satisfied, the Agreement shall be confirmed and the 10% deposit payable.
